A Guide to Blog Review Networks

PayPerPost - Many opportunities daily, many require a very high traffic blog with high PR, but there are often some for newer blogs. It takes a while to get accepted, and there are some problems with the user interface (you might qualify for the offer but cannot accept it or you will submit your post and it will say all opportunities taken even though you have already accepted the offer). It takes about 3 weeks to have your post approved.

ReviewMe - Not as many opportunities, but these are approved very quickly and there are no site problems like PayPerPost. I have had some posts rejected for who knows why (spelling and grammar apparently?).

Blogsvertise - Not as many opportunities available, but this is changing as they are weeding out blogs that do not perform. You must wait for offers to made. A very simple dashboard where you have your tasks listed and you must fulfill these.

Sponsored Reviews - It takes a while to get accepted for this one. There are many opportunities available and the price you ask for is based on your link popularity and traffic. You must bid on the review offer, and then wait to be approved by the site webmaster.

LoudLaunch - Lots of affiliate sites and they run out of funds. I don't really like this one at all, and I have not been able to accept a review.

Bloggerwave - They only have two opportunities available, and one I don't qualify for. I did a review for Bloggerwave.

Don't Stick to Just One Opportunity

When trying to increase the amount of money your are making on your blog it is always important to have many opportunities available to you. This way if the opportunities slow down in one ad or blog review network, you have several others to rely on.

I subscribe to several blog review networks, and have many internet advertising services as well. I am new to this monetized blog, but I am looking to gain the most out of what these have to offer.

Other things to keep in mind:
  1. Don't just stick to paid reviews. Give your readers some quality content they can enjoy as well.
  2. Try to maintain a theme in the reviews you are doing, and have the ads fit the context of your blog.
  3. Don't get greedy.
There are so many services, sign up to a few and see which you prefer. Then focus on those when possible! :)

Dclick Ads Buy and Sell Ad Space

Dclick Ads offers internet advertising services where advertisers and publishers can buy or sell ad space to feature banner ads, text link ads or embedded links.

From a publisher's perspective, this site has a lot to offer. There is a great detailed directory of all sites offering ad space on their sites, along with thumbnail images of the sites. If you want to buy online ads and generate traffic then you should consider the Dclick Ads internet ads services, because here you can view individual sites, what types of ads they offer, the price of these ads based on the site's reach and you can view detailed click reports to find out which links are generating the most traffic. Registration is very simple, and not only do you have the opportunity to purchase links from individual sites, but as well you can purchase links on sites within categories, to ensure that your links are on relevant sites.

From a webmaster perspective, the setup for the ads is a little time-consuming as you must upload some PHP files to your server and add ad zones to your pages. But it is all automated after that, and once someone purchases the zone, then the banner or text ad is automatically generated. As well, you can set the price of the ad zones, and this you can base on the traffic that your site will generate for the buyer of the advertisement. When you want to sell ad space and make extra income on your website or blog, it is good to have a service like this that can refer you to potential advertisers.

I am going to set up a zone on my Pink SEO blog for Dclick ads and see how it goes, and I will report again on this later. I have signed up for the webmaster ad sales service and have uploaded the files to a folder. I have not yet decided which zone I will select yet.

Overall, a user friendly experience, in spite of having to upload files. I like the dashboard for both the advertiser and webmaster functions, and found the site easy to navigate and registration was a snap. Check it to find out more about buying or selling internet advertising.

A Free Community for Bloggers

I said a while back that you blog in a neighbourhood, and to get people to visit your blog, you must also visit theirs. A bloggers ability to schmooze is important. Thoughts.com is an online blogging community that allows you to do just that. You can shares your thoughts, videos, photos and even podcasts. This means that even if you do not enjoy writing, you can still share with others in this great network. I suggest checking out this blogging community in order to discover a new way of entering into conversations with bloggers.

Besides simply blogging, you can also visit Thoughts.com to rate posts, or to leave feedback on the blogs of others. And sometimes this is even more enjoyable than blogging itself. And this is a great way for you to meet other bloggers who might reciprocate and visit your blog.

Thoughts.com is a Free Blogging Community that also features a forum, and this makes community participation even easier. This is a great way to share ideas that can help you with your own blog, or just to discuss subjects of interest.

Blogging is a great way to express yourself - for some it gives them access to something, for others it gives them a release. But either way Thoughts.com is a place for the expression of thoughts, whether written or visual or auditory. A great, easy to navigate blogging community. Did I mention that each month you have the chance of winning a prize? Visit Thoughts.com to find out more!

Making Money on My Blog With PayPerPost

About a month ago I got accepted into the PayPerPost blog network, and this has really helped increase the number of opportunities I have gotten with regards to making money on my blog. Each day there are new review offers, and if you check back often you will find many that suit the theme and content of your own blog.

Here are some things I really enjoy about PayPerPost:
  • Variety and number of review opportunities - More so than any other blog network, I find PayPerPost has a much more diverse and ample offering for bloggers. Which means there is much more likely a chance of finding something in your niche.
  • PayPerPost support staff - I have had a few questions with regards to the site interface, and they responded in both cases within 24 hours. This shows that they are as dedicated to the review process as I am, and this counts for a lot in my opinion.
  • Different offerings for blogs of different "caliber" - This means that regardless of PR and traffic, they have review offers available for you. Of course, if you have a high PR blog with a great deal of traffic, know that you will have the chance to accept offers with a greater incentive, but still, as a new blogger there are many lucrative offers open to you as well.
  • The Site Itself - I really like how the PayPerPost site interface is arranged, as it is created for ease of navigation and use.
And not only does the PayPerPost blog network offer money-making opportunities for bloggers, they also promote blogs on their site and help you with tips in their blog. Sponsors of the upcoming PostieCon in Las Vegas, PayPerPost is clearly something that was designed by bloggers to help bloggers. I really enjoy learning how to make some extra cash on my blog, and PayPerPost is helping me on this exciting journey.

Not only am I making money, but I am also enhancing my blogging skills. This helps me not only with my writing abilities but also with my marketing skills, as well as my objectivity. It is an exercise in attempting to write to sell, and as I am very interested in internet marketing, I can explore this by helping to market other sites.

So if you have had your blog for over three months, be sure to sign up for PayPerPost in order to maximize your blog profits and enhance your blogging skills!

TV Products For Less

We have all seen the commercial, and we have all been tempted to call and order. Well now, no need to pick up the phone at all, and you can have all those great products - for less! You can now purchase all those "As seen on TV products" at an incredible savings.

And they have a great bunch of featured products this summer, and many that have caught my eye. The Chia Herb Garden is one thing I have always wanted, but have never bothered to order. Imagine, fresh herbs straight from my window sill! As, well the Table Mate TV tray would come in handy. For the party animal in me, I might even consider the Mr. Beer Beer Keg, or for when I go to the cottage, the Bionic Fish Finder would no doubt come in handy. This detects the presence of fish and makes the whole fishing experience that much more enjoyable and successful.

So whatever you choose, make sure you check out all the great products available at TV Products 4 Less, a great source for all those fabulous items seen in TV commercials.

Make money from your blog with Moneblogging

Moneblogging is a new blog that has many great tips to help its user make money online and though quite new, this blog has a lot of quality posts related to making money with your blog, promoting your site and other web development tips.

While I think the blogger needs to work on some branding with regards to the design of his blog, he certainly has quality content that will capture the attention of his readers. He is honest and helpful about that which he is trying to report, and goes into detail on the various aspects of monetizing blogs and blog promotion.

Here are some sample posts I particularly enjoyed:

Moneblogging Basics: 7 Ways to Write Stellar Content
25 Action Words for Writing a Newsworthy Headline
Moneblogging Basics: How do I chooose a blog topic?

And the blogger here actually has a pretty good idea: to bring people to his blog he is offering free blog reviews, all you need to do is send an email. This is a great idea not only for generating some good review content and to promote his site and increase traffic, but as well it is good to flex your review muscles for when you can start doing paid reviews on your blog. So check out Moneblogging to get a free blog review!

I have been approved to do reviews for Bloggerwave

This month I have discovered an additional way to make money on my blog with Bloggerwave. They provide opportunities with a higher profit margin than similar sites where you get paid to review and link to sites, which is very exciting prospect for a new blogger such as myself.

At Bloggerwave, they have a great dashboard listing all the most recent opportunities, as well as top earners, which is great for finding out who is using this site with great success. As well, they will feature one blogger on this page. From there you can access a great listing of tools and tips for helping to increase the rank of your blog, which of course means more money for your blog. In addition to this, you can add more than one blog to Bloggerwave. I myself have a few blogs that I can write reviews on, so hopefully I can get my other blogs approved as well.

This is a newer site, so I suggest you check it out now and take advantage of the increased revenue for your blog. I am a firm believer that you must not put all your eggs in one basket, and so it is nice to have a few different sources for blogging income. I hope that Bloggerwave will provide me with some great blogging for money opportunities now and in the future.
